I have cut and pasted what you have put on your site for my solicitor to read so Steve will be taking it to her later today (Slander& harrasement) springs to mind , please get it into your head under no circumstances now or ever am I helping Suzanne with the girls which you claim are your's ,Suzanne is not in the same county as me we dont have much contact do to work commitments ,also Suzanne living 5 hour's from me how can I help Ive never seen the GIRLS let alone help , ,the girls are not being held hostage at all ,Suzanne as far as im aware is looking after the girls untill such a time as you say the courts decide what is best for them,She did say she was advised to put the girls in her name (advise from GCCF) for insurance reasons ,if the girls fall unwell she would be covered ,that's all I know as that is the only information given to me just after Christmas .if you was to call me and ask me I would tell you ,not make up stories and go along with what you think is right,this is just so unfair ,I dont think you would like me putting thing's on my website about you ,to be very blunt im not that childish .all i can say is THINK ,

I am not guilt of Slander as I havent spoken to her and as for harassment, sorry this is what people do to people that Lie…. Within this email she stated the following..
That Mrs Susanne Zech had transferred on advice by the GCCF the cats in to her name because of insurance purposes… copy of email sent to the GCCF
I think I have already stated previous that once is not required and the other is not true… information to be taken to court
That she Mrs Smith was informed about this just after Christmas, when she last had contact with Mrs Zech again.. I think not… because some of your email received later and saved and usable… have information contained that you could only have received off Mrs Zech.
That she did not help her friend Mrs Zech, because they don’t live in the same county??
I have never specified on my website how you helped.. and the term help has many meaning, but in fact, by signing and returning the fraudulent receipt for moneys not owed but apparently returned you are helping your Friend Suzanne Zech, of Zecoona Maine Coons, to try to claim money off me that is now owed to you…..
Her statement, the cats I claim are mine???
They are mine even your friend Mrs Zech despite several emails ( evidence for court) where she clims she is the part owner of the cats that they are not legally mine et c etc… she has now stated in her sworn court statement that the cats belong to me…
Her statement the judge will decide what’s best for the girls.???
This is not a custody battle they are MY CATS…. Not Mrs Zech….. AND the ownership if not for the Judge to decide as Mrs Zech has already now admitted they are mine..???
If I call her she will tell me the truth….
Well that will sure be a first for her!!! Why waste a phone call..?more lies...? and in case you have forgotten when you dictated you letter to your solicitor her reply clearly says NO CONTACT!!!!!!
Consequently I sent a reply via post to Mrs Christine Smith solicitor and this time I enclosed Proof of all the lies Mrs Smith had stated in her first letter, with some to come, when she takes me to court for said lies!!!
