In April I received a letter off Mrs Christine Smith" solicitor I was harassing her and slandering her because I had called her a thief… I had tried to make her and her family see sense… over her involvement in the £200.00 received… she decided to say she had done nothing wrong and told her solicitor all of this…
The letter stated I had hacked Christine Smith" computer illegally.. ?? OH I JUST LOVE PROOF….
That I had written lies about her on my website…. ACTUALLY NO..
Third and most important…. Of all…. That she had never entered in to a agreement with me… over a kitten named BADSWORTH TABLOID JUNKIE Mainecoon……
That’s she had never paid a deposit in any way shape of form and so was not a thief and was not in breach of contract….. SO Christine Smith" how do you explain the signed receipt you gave to Mrs ZECH solicitor who you clearly claim… that you had received £200.00 deposit paid and returned by Mrs Zech to Mrs Smith in a letter dated 17th December 2010.. A non refundable deposit…. And so Christine Smith" WHO is in breach of contract…and hey!!! During the time of the 15th of December when you paid the deposit and the 7th of JANUARY 2010 when you pulled out of the sale as you DIDN’T want a kitten off such a nasty woman as me… Nor during my visit in December ON THE 2oth of DECEMBER 2010 when I apparently hacked your computer…. Did you tell me this….. oh and the email on the 7th of January 2010 when you told me to go buy another kitten with the £200.00 that you had given me…… so did you JUST FORGET you had already supposedly had it back????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????? and signed and sent a receipt to MRS ZECH SOLICITOR TO SAY SO..?????????????????????????

But you have had your chance last week to put your case and you never attended or had a solicitor attend on your behalf and now you are not able to go back to this.
