Court hearing

I was advised by a solicitor to make an application to get my cats back early as I am in the UK in April, however this did not go my way in that the Judge thought it premature due to the amount of money the Defendant Mrs Suzanne Zech was claiming and given that I may once I got my cats back not attend the hearing in July...

The judge could not be further off the truth I would have taken my cats of course, had I been given that early permission... however I would have gone to court I want to see this woman face to face and want to prove what kind of liar she is also I want to have that judgement order for the world to see....... I have been though 4 months of hell and a lot of finacial outlay so far to date... by the time this comes to court that woman will have held my cats for money not owed for 7 months....

But in fact due to the fact that the judge has not awarded them to me at this time..

I now can put in a further claim.... which will far outway Mrs Zech claim of £2,000.00, You see all along my claim has never been about money.UNLIKE MRS ZECH... AND HER GREED..... I originally filed a part 8 claim for the court breach of contract. but because of your elaborate claim for more and more money it was changed to a part 7 claim....

Now I have had after you having two of my entire mature breeding girls for over 7 months, lost 1 whole year of breeding off them.

You will have to ask your self and believe me I will ensure this goes to every breeder of every breed I know... to make people know what kind of women these two are....
