The dodgy dealings

NOW bearing in mind the British Justice system the fact that I live in Germany the many, many email with this case and the need for proof... it took me a long time to get everything together for the court my initial application was the 18th of JANUARY...2010 but it was not until the 12th of FEBRUARY that the papers where served on MRS ZECH.. now imagine my surprise when I get her counterclaim information that she has TRANSFERED MY two cats in to her name... with the GCCF… how did she do this… well SONYA the seller left the new owners details blank… however the receipt she gave to me… states very clearly they where sold to me…. But the receipt that is given in MRS ZECHS… defence is SONYA claims not the receipt she gave her???? The plot thickens…

My cats where transferred in to MRS ZECHS NAME ON THE 22ND JANUARY 2010, BECAUSE SHE CLAIMS SHE NEEDED to do this for insurance purposes… and Christine Smith" later in an email to me… informed me that MRS ZECH had been advised by the GCCF to do this.. Christine Smith" MRS Smith was told this by MRS ZECH just after Christmas???? However I think you already know this… THAT did not happen… and the cats did not and have never needed to be put in to MRS ZECH’S name for insurance purposes… guess how many insurance companies I have contacted…and GOT THAT PROOF… . THE GCCF… are dealing with this outcome… to be written later!!!


Not only this as part of her counterclaim she is charging me the £22.00 for the privilege of transfer..


ON THE 9TH OF FEBRUARY 2010… I received an email from Mr Zech NEVER IN A MILLION YEARS WRITTEN BY HIM!!! But this stated that other arrangements had been now made for MY CAT S…. no elaboration just that, unfortunately as per their solicitors letter I am not allowed to contact them, or THIS would be harassment… so I contacted him….. GUESS WHAT NO REPLY!!!!!!

YET in her counterclaim… she is still happily charging me boarding costs… at now £10.00 a day… and right up until the court case…. Date which is in JULY…..

So what started off at me owning her £300.00 offering her £450.00

She now wants £2,000 plus…. And my poor cats will have lived with her in an outside cattery for 7 months….
